He/she will report to our Executive Chef.**Requirements**:- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in culinary arts, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining establishment.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or a related field.- Previous teaching or training experience in a culinary school or similar international educational setting.- Fluent level of English, both in speaking and writing.- Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.**Key Responsibilities**- Teach the culinary curriculum according to syllabus and lesson plans and contribute to its development.- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques, methods and materials.- Create and organize the culinary production in a learning environment.- Mentor, supervise and motivate students and guide them in their development, as individuals and as a brigade.- Evaluate students through regular feedback based on practical and academic criteria and maintain student records.- Ensure the production of the various menus.**Start date**: October 1st, 2024.Join Les Roches Crans-Montana and contribute to shaping future hospitality leaders through impactful teaching and transformative education!
