** Ideally speaking Chinese**Main ResponsibilitiesFormulate group-level customs compliance strategy, SOP, guideline.Identify key Customs-related risks, formulate related coping strategies, drive corrective actions to ensure group compliance with related customs laws and regulations.Deeply involved in advanced logistics planning by investigating Customs policy and regulations in group production and delivery destination countries, and provide suggestions and overall logistics/Customs solutions (destination port, routing...) under DDP term.Conduct Customs compliance audits (including Processing Trade Management, documents, HS code, Brand Authorization) follow up and drive implementation of corrective action plan until all problems are closed.Deal with overseas Customs on import compliance, such as HS Code classification, assist, country of origin.Establish and maintain the record of import duty rate and VAT rate of most frequently used HS code in destination country.In case of any trade conflict/war with any other country, take the lead in studying the negative impact on the company, organizing meetings with related functions to work out counter-measures, push and monitor the implementation of the counter-measures.Provide customs-related support to Sales Team, Logistics Planning Team.Maintain regular communication and share information with Customs-related colleagues.
Give customs-related training to related colleagues.Other temporary assignments.QualificationEducation Background: Majoring in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, English, etc.Working Experience: At least 6-year experience in Customs Operation (incl.
Processing Trade), Management, or customs compliance, preferred in the automotive industry.Language: Good verbal and written communication skills in English
