The client is looking to hire a virtual assistant to support administrative and customer service functions, helping to streamline operations and improve communication across teams.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between our customers, sales teams, and installation teams. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate schedules, assist with administrative tasks, and manage the company's social media presence to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to emails.Coordinate communication between customers, subcontractors, sales, and installation teams.Manage scheduling and appointment coordination using Housecall Pro.Assist with basic administrative tasks such as document management, data entry, and filing. Maintain clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish with clients.Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) to support various administrative tasks.
Social Media Management:Create, schedule, and post content on the company's social media platforms.Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.Monitor social media engagement and provide insights on audience interactions.Collaborate with the team to develop social media strategies that align with business goals. Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience in customer service and social media management.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic understanding of insulation services is a plus, though training will be provided.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word, Google Sheets/Docs.Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, ChatGPT, Housecall Pro, and Slack is a plus. You are highly organized and can manage multiple tasks at once.You have a positive, can-do attitude and are always ready to support your team.You are proactive in solving problems and communicating needs.You are comfortable working remotely and are familiar with the tools needed to succeed in a virtual role.
