As well as, verifying client orders on SAP system as to ensure the quality, reliability, and the precise reception and delivery of finished product.**What challenges will you have?**- Coordination of client shipments and building sales forecast- Coordination of continuous improvement projects of the department and the value chain- Identifying the source of client type/order (Tier, OEM, Bosch) to meet each of the specified requirements per client (Transmission type EDI, Incoterm, Collecting frequency, etc)- Analyze divergence between the Sales Forecast and the actual sales- Contrast EDI + Sales Forecast vs Technical Production Volume (TPZ) sales- Convey potential risks of long-term orders with the value chain- Planning of clients' shipments through the Logistics Operation Warehouse- Tracking of shipments from hub to client's destination- Coordinate end of production to reduce scrap of finished goods- Continuously validate clients' portals to meet the required needs- Carry out analysis for process improvement**Qualifications**:**Who are we looking for?**- Engineering degree: Administration, International Commerce, Trade and international business, Logistic Engineering, Finance or related- Specialization on Logistics- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry with a focus on Logistic/Sales/Customer Administrator- Advanced English level- Able to rotate shifts from Monday to Sunday**Technical Knowledge**- Knowledge on SAP Customer Service Modules- Client portals- Knowledge on ASN- Knowledge of EDI- Knowledge on Incoterm- Knowledge on value chain- Planning and logistic**What you will bring to Bosch**- Strong commitment and communication with clients- Great customer service- Strong negotiation and crisis management skills- Good time management and activity planning- Openness to cooperate with multiple tasks in order to achieve objectives- Flexibility and leadership for problem solvingAdditional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
