This is an excellent opportunity for someone who cares deeply about customers and wants to help shaping PSC's entire customer experience.Position Summary:PSC Is looking for an English + Spanish speaking Customer Advocate to join The Customer Focus Team, based in PSC's facility located in Santa Catarina, Mexico, to handle the day-to-day activities for specific accounts by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Proactively support the entire customer order/demand management process, monitor customer systems, and maintain accurate information in the system for production planning.- Coordinate internally with other teams to complete shipping and invoicing administrative processes and paperwork. (Load Lists, Shipping Tickets, ASNs, ASPs)- Communicate directly with customers to coordinate changes in demand and last-minute orders.- Manage customer forecasts and releases to meet customer requirements by monitoring internal inventory levels to ensure on time delivery.- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
