**Job Title**:Customer Advocate - Inside Sales
**Position Summary**:
PSC is looking for an English + Spanish speaking Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
An Inside Sales plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate responses to Requests for Quote (RFQs) & Requests for Information (RFIs) for customers in North America; teaming with outside sales representatives, customer contacts & various departments internally to gather pertinent information needed.
- Ensure that a clear line of communication exists across PSC and customers' teams, and that all key personnel is engaged throughout the launch of new products or the improvements of current products.
- Create reports and analyze data for pricing strategies and as needed.
- Ensures on-going, market focus in building strong relationships with key customers.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up; working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand database of prospects
- Develop a working knowledge of the business's manufacturing capabilities and product offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
- High School Diploma with experience in customer service, inside sales, customer support, or similar role will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
**Skills**:
- Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally with high level of confidence.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good at establishing and re-establishing priorities.
- Industrial inside sales experience is preferred.
