Our extensive network, personalized approach, and supportive guidance ensure that you're in the best hands to find your next job opportunity.***Position**:Customer and Operations Assistant (100% Remote)***Job Overview**:Our client is looking to hire a highly motivated Customer and Operations Assistant to be part of a growing company. The position is considered full-time at 40 hours a week (Monday through Friday).They are looking for a friendly person with high energy to answer questions from existing customers and attract new customers that call in. We currently have 2 self storage properties in the United States and are looking to purchase more.**Responsibilities**:- Provide inbound and outbound call support with customers- Manage client leads and post updates on social media and advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, Yelp and others.- Escalate customer service complaints to owner when unable to resolve- Source and manage vendors (i.E. pest control, landscaping, snow removal, gate repair, building repair, etc.)- Manage lien process including sending lien notices (via Letterstream), posting auction advertisements, and posting auctions (via StorageTreasures)- Manage Google Business Profiles with weekly updates and monthly promotions- Ensure all customer information, notes, billing and other relevant information are up to date through software- Process billing and invoicing from customers- Follow up with customers on monthly payments- Help develop Standard operating procedures as the company grows- Help hire and train weekend part time customer service representatives- Help transition customers to our software when a new property is purchased**Requirements**:- Minimum of 2 years of remote customer service and business operations experience with US-based businesses- Experience with cloud based phone softwares such as OpenPhone and Dialpad- Experience, MS Excel and Google Suite- Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with mínimal to zero background noise (computer and headset will be provided)- Excellent English- You must be very organized, detailed oriented and on top of to-dos.- Must have a strong work ethic and track record delivering results- You must be reliable and show up on time.- Must be located in Latin America**Payment**- Monthly Salary $1,500 USD- Payments are processed and sent via Wise or similar platform at an established frequency(bi-weekly)**Schedule**:- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm MDT (Monday through Friday)- 40 hours a week/ no weekends- 15 Days PTO as well as Holidays and Birthdays off- Bonuses available based on performanceApplication Disclaimer: Please Read Before Proceeding
