**Customer Assistance Representative****Responsibilities** include coordination and resolution of all customer orders after the shipment, including customer complaints, returns, technical assistance requests, and customer surveys. The CA Agent will have key interactions with other supply chain functions, commercial functions, quality assurance, manufacturing, third party service providers and customers to mitigate and drive continuous improvement in Lubrizol's customer experience.**Essential Job Functions**- Enter customer complaints, concerns and issues into SAP's CRM Complaint System in a timely manner in accordance with defined best practices.- Manage customer complaints from acceptance to closure by working closely with the commercial, technical, manufacturing and supply chain teams.- Document, investigate, and define corrective action and resolution for customer complaints such as damage, quantity discrepancies, and any other issues that may occur after a product shipment.- Meeting internal KPI targets as part of day-to-day activities.- Drive continuous improvement of the quality of our products and services by collaborating with relevant functional teams.- Coordinate or facilitate quality related complaints with the appropriate facility QA Department.- Create debits and credits as required.- Assist in building customer relationships.- Other duties as assigned.**Education / Skills**- Chemical Engineer, Pharma Engineer, Environment Engineer- Analytical and problem-solving skills (required)- Result Orientated (required)- High Communication Skills- Technical experience in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint) (required)- SAP knowledge (required)- English-language skills (advanced required)- #LI-Hybrid_LI-PV1**Job Segment**:Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, QA, Facilities, Operations, Quality, Technology
