As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point-of-contact for travel agencies and consumers, responsible for embodying our client Quality Standards, and ensuring that we deliver on our common purpose of creating perfect vacations that stay with our customers!Training starts (TBD)We offer- Food coupons- Saving funds- Xmas bonus- Law benefitsSchedules summer: Monday to friday from 5 am to 6 pmWeekends from 6 am to 2 pmSchedules winter: Monday to friday from 6am a 7 pmWeekends from de 7am to 3 pm**Requirements**:1. Customer care Experience2. Call center experience minimum 6 months3. Tourism related activities desirable4. Fluent English skills5. Good grammar skills6. Computer skills7.
