As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point-of-contact for travel agencies and consumers, responsible for embodying our client Quality Standards, and ensuring that we deliver on our common purpose of creating perfect vacations that stay with our customers!

Schedules summer:
Monday to friday from 5 am to 6 pm
Weekends from 6 am to 2 pm
Schedules winter:
Monday to friday from 6am a 7 pm
Weekends from de 7am to 3 pm
**Requirements**:
1. Customer care Experience
2. Call center experience minimum 6 months
3. Tourism related activities desirable
4. Fluent English skills
5. Good grammar skills
6. Computer skills
7. Fluent French skills
