We are looking for amazing people, like you, to join our team in Guadalajara.Currently, we are hiring Customer Care Billing Specialist, who will be working with internal and external customers to perform various billing and other AR-related functions to support Nextiva's billing operations processes.Over 90% of the communication in this role will be in English (verbal & written). Please send us your resume in English when applying.This person will be an employee of Nextiva, supporting Nextiva customers.This position will be 100% on-site at our Nextiva Guadalajara office.Be sure to check out our rewards & benefits listed below.Main Responsibilities:Review invoices and create credit memos to customer accounts.Assist customers with billing questions and resolve billing issues.Issue credits for service/product removals and cancellations.Research and respond to customer credit card disputes.Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions.Answer inbound phone calls and instant messages.Provide back-up customer support for other positions as needed.Create, review and apply incoming payments.Process credit applications and set customers up on invoicing.Work with internal customers in other departments as needed.Research discrepancies and help to settle disputes.Order service disconnection of accounts as necessary.Update customer account information to include change of address, payment information or contact information.Send customer copies of invoices upon request.Participate in Billing System configuration as needed.Perform other billing tasks as assigned.Position Requirements:Experience in customer service roles and call center environment.Advanced English (both written and oral).Exceptional Excel Skills and general computer literacy.Basic accounting and bookkeeping background
