Customer Care Coordinator / Customer Service

The DYADlaw Customer Care Coordinator will be a passionate advocate for Immigration and Immigrant Rights. This position will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls such as monthly check-ins, updates, questions, etc. to all current clients.**Responsibilities**- Handle an established number of customer relationships for the entirety of their case as the main point of contact- Coordinate with other team members to ensure tasks and milestones are met for each active case- Set and manage client expectations throughout the life of their case- Handle any customer issues and work quickly to resolve them**Requirements**:- Must be bilingual - English and Spanish- Flexibility to work different shifts- Willingness to participate in training on-the-job- Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner- Dedication to customer satisfaction- Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping the focus on the customer- Willingness to learn about all of the services offered by the company**Classification****Pay**16k Pesos /mo**Schedule**1 weekend day, 4 workdays**Work Environment**VirtualPay: From $16,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
