Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders; timely, professional communication; and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues. First point of customer contact for general inquiries on list price, product availability, and order tracking.Position Duties and Responsibilities:Handle customer calls, answer questions regarding shipping status of orders, and provide Customer Relations with Sales Channel.Create and process customer returns.Process customer orders on a daily basis.Monitor order status and expedite delivery as required.Assist special projects as needed.Word processing and spreadsheet work as required.Perform other job functions as assigned.Control and manage ISC in Salesforce.Other duties as assigned.Essential Education, Skills and ExperienceBusiness Administration / International Business degree or equivalent in work experience.1-3 years' experience in customer service and posting sales.Good telephone personality and customer service skills.Ability to multi-task, i.E., enter data while communicating on the phone.Accurate data-entry skills.Working knowledge of office equipment.Proficient stress management and working under pressure.Ability to exercise discretion to maintain confidentiality.Proficiency in database and order entry systems (i.E., SAP).Strong verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish).Excellent organization and time management skills.Computer proficiency – knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).Detail-oriented.#J-18808-Ljbffr
