.Customer Care Logistics LeaderWorking at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Shipments: Review production scheduling and monitor production orders on time to the customer.Review and update customer demand in SAP.Review inventory levels (system vs real) and notify changes to production area and planning to ensure customer compliance.Coordinate with warehouse pre shipments and shipments to ensure on time delivery to the customers.Deliveries: Control of compliance with customer deliveries.Invoicing and shipping documentation.Monitor ASNs issuance to customers.Arrangement of certificates of Origin with the legal compliance team.Customer service: Maintain constant communication with customers from the official requirement generation to delivery plan.Receive customer demand and notify planning and production about changes.Give attention to customer complaints, and direct to involved departments.Raw material inventory management: Material's planning collaboration.Material's requirements follow up.Suppliers' management: Monitoring commercial terms with suppliers.Issue complaints to suppliers for underperforming.Monitor packaging agreements with suppliers to keep it updated.Supplier performance.Traffic (Imports and Exports): Control of air freight costs.Control of operations with customs including virtual operations.Materials imports.Emission of letter of instruction, make tariff classification in coordination with the customs brokers, have certificates of origin.Review of pedimentos.Control of shipments in transit and supervise carriers.Control reimbursement for customs agents and carriers.Records and traffic reports.Returnable containers: Require and coordinate the transport for the movement of empty containers back to the plant.Keep control of the availability of returnable containers in plant.Transports: Coordinate transportation for delivery of finished product to the customer.Coordinate transportation to move raw materials to the plant.Qualifications:Functional / Technical Skills:Import / Export, CustomsSAPOfficeInterpersonal Skills:ProactiveOrganizedHonestLow supervision levelMake things happenYears and Type of Experience:5 years in an international business with a focus on automotive industryEducation/Certifications:Bachelor of International Trade orBachelor of LogisticsThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
