Descripción y detalle de las actividadesAs the Customer Care Representative, you will ensure that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders, dealing with incoming calls, and working together with other departments cross-functionally to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers. Contributing towards the strategy and results within set guidelines. Managing customer accounts, tailoring service where applicable. Processing and enhancing orders utilizing telephone, computer, and interpersonal interactions according to internal procedures. Providing pro-active customer service ensuring a seamless customer experience for our customers when they deal with Össur in Latin America. Ensure a smooth processing of orders from the intake to the delivery of shipments destined for international destinations which require specific handling. Enter complaints and returns in our systems and follow up on them until resolution. Providing pricing and item availability to the customer by referring to product price list and quoting prices to customers. Interacting effectively with warehouse, sales, and technical services staff to gather information when necessary to research and resolve issues as they arise. Deals with quotations, queries and so on in order to assist the customer with any aspect of their Össur experience. Records details of interactions with customers within relevant ERP and CRM systems.Experiência y requisitosWhat we need for this position is someone who has a strong affinity with our core competences Communication and Customer Focus. Good knowledge of Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required. Portuguese is a plus. Experience working with orders and shipments for international (non-domestic) destinations is a must.
