**What You'll Do**:
- **Inbound Support**: Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information with empathy and professionalism.
- **Customer Care & Retention**: Address and resolve customer concerns, focusing on quality service and effective problem-solving.
- **Sales & Upselling**: Recommend additional services or products, where appropriate, to enhance the customer experience.
- **Process Management**: Utilize provided tools and follow procedures to handle each call efficiently and meet customer satisfaction standards.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- **Weekly Earnings**: Earn between **$3,200 and $4,000 MXN** based on performance and attendance.
- **Bonuses**: Weekly bonuses for quality assurance and attendance.

**Schedules Available**:
- **9 am to 6 pm** - Weekends Off
- **7 am to 4 pm** - Weekends Off
