.The Customer Care Specialist acts as the key contact between the customer and the company, he or she makes sure that the customer requirements are met on time and with excellent quality.

**Key Responsibilities**- Attend meetings with customers to gather information about current projects by taking notes and participating actively, making questions and understanding customer needs.- Analyze and prioritize information to share the required tasks with the team.- Define project scope, goals, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.- Monitor progress against agreed milestones and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.
Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.- Follow up on the development and milestones of projects on digital platforms such as Accelo, Jira or similar.- Maintain professional, timely and effective communication with our customers.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers by effectively managing customer accounts.- Build strong relationships with the rest of the team.- Remain fully flexible to meet business requirements and demands.
**Qualifications and skills**- Excellent **English** communication and interpersonal skills.
You'll be working with American customers.- The ability to integrate and work effectively with others in a changing environment.- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and administrative skills.- Experience with platforms such as Accelo, Jira, Monday, etc.- A team player.- A strong desire for continuous learning and a desire to grow professionally.- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
