OverviewBe a planning and information link between internal and external customers for daily productivity.ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely submission of reportsPlanning and execution of shipments, control of all units embarked in NVS and NPPS.Yard ManagementProvide attention and follow-up to the shipment process of the units from planning to the departure of their inventoryReview with the client the compliance with instructionsAttention, follow-up and coordination with the different areas that the client has (Customs, Finance, Logistics) during the planning and execution of shipmentsTroubleshooting during shipmentsEncourage employee development through corresponding training activities to increase employee skills and competencies.Evaluate the personnel in charge and develop new skills that allow their growth within the companyDecide on your team's working daysDelegate responsibilities to the work team, as well as review the correct performance of its employees.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Administration/commercial or related career, graduated.Skills: Administrative informatics, being related to information technologies, SAP.Experience: Knowledge in automotive logistics and supply chain, inventory management, customer focus and resource management, results-based planning, traffic and customs (03 years).Required Language: Intermediate English (able to establish a conversation).Availability to travel: Yes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
