 Duties & ResponsibilitiesNew team member is required to work from office.As Customer Care/Support Specialist (m/f) your primary goal will be to keep track of all company customers and provide them with top-notch customer service.Primary responsibilities will include:Making sure all customers are satisfied with our productsCommunicating with customers via email and phoneProviding first level technical supportSolving problematic customer situations in coordination with other company departments (support, development, sales)Keeping customer accounts and information up to date Creating weekly reports for managementRequired Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceExperience in using Salesforce is an advantageFamiliarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Languages: English (fluent)Spanish  (fluent)Please note that the job interview will be conducted in English.  Offer of Benefits to Our EmployeesWe at AdriaScan are proud of our success and we consider our employees important part of that success.
