**Customer Contact**
Customer Contact works focuses on optimizing and monitoring processes related to customer order processing, shipping, and returns including: Processing complex orders from customers and resolving order/delivery issues; tracking and ensuring that systems are updated with the latest information on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc. Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments.
**Your Role**
- Analyze and process customer demand with proper planning time fence
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with STLA, CHAMPS, Covisint, 3270, IMS7, GSDB and others as plus
- Responsible for contact for all requirements, deliveries, shipments and customer service attention
- Handling product deliveries finishing and assignment, manage materials system to ensure that the customer's requirements are exact and communicate them to the assembly plants.
- Formulate and delegate logistics for emergency deliveries
- Responsible for logistics, order fulfillment and customer payments, facilitating problem solving with customer material
- Responsible for dispute process within Customer Portals or Process Tools
- Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments
- Analyze and summarizing reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns
**Your Background**
- In-depth knowledge of customer contact/service principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to take decisions and good judgment in emergency situations.
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Business Administration, Industrial Engineer BD or studying similar career
- 3 -5 years' experience as Costumer Contac
- Experience on Tier 1 automotive industry
- English conversational
