Job Description:Customer Contact Quality EngineerQualifications:- Knowledge in Attention to Customer complaints for units located on the field providing initial response-containment and root cause analysis with corrective actions to solve quality problems- Administration of KPI metrics to evaluate Customer Satisfaction and guide local team to solve quality problems to increase Customer Satisfaction- Knowledge in Assembly process, standard work instructions, control plan, PFMEA.- Knowledge at ISO9001, ASTM norms, Paint norms.- Drawing interpretation (GDT), Electrical Diagrams, Hydraulic Diagrams- Basic measurement equipment knowledge like caliper, micrometer, multimeter, thickness meter, etc.- Welding quality validation knowledge.Essential Functions:- Full leadership as Customer Contact Quality Engineer for our Finish Good products- Implement quick responses to quality problems reported by our customers- Guide Root Cause Analysis to solve quality problems at the field- Administrate the KPI's to increase our Customer SatisfactionIf you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Terex Overview:At Terex, we fully embrace the increasingly diverse world around us and strive to create an empowering and welcoming workplace culture.
