The Customer Development Executive will professionally represent the company Colgate Palmolive, marketing and developing the different categories of products with our customer through the establishment of a close relationship based on trust and respect, in order to increase sales profitably, and in accordance to our commercial principles.
Improve distribution levels and marketing shares of different products in the market, maintaining a healthy credit portfolio.
**What you will do**:
- Support with the fulfillment of the sales objectives (Sellin, Sellout), Share of market.
- Implement and Execute with excellence the 5Ps at Points of Sales.
- Analyze the current situation of the stores in charge, their results, as well as detect opportunities and capitalize them through value propositions.
- Strengthen our relationships with the decision makers at points of sales.
- Guarantee the correct implementation of the events and their follow-up for fulfillment of the objectives.
- Interact appropriately with the third party support team in the field.
- Achieve excellence Customer Service.
On time & complete (solve any commercial issues & opportunities).
- Lead Customer Engagement looking for sustainable growth.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- At least 1 year of sales/commercial experience for a consumer goods company.
- Availability to travel within the country.
- Intermediate English level.
- Office management and/or Google Tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Field sales operation experience is a plus.
- Negotiation experience is a plus.
- Basic financial knowledge (investment)
