**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
**Our customer developer will be in charge of:- Leads and manages KAMs/KAEs across all regions- Establishes reasonable sales plans for current distribution channels based upon current market trends and company strategy.- Constantly looks and develops business opportunities and alternate distribution channels- Develops plans, procedures, and activities to support business strategy, including backup procedures, vendor agreements and data retention for customers- Identifies shortcomings in the marketing plans and makes adjustments as needed.- Prepares sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.- Analyzes the sales data to find strengths and weaknesses of a particular promotion.- Oversees the budget (discounts, customer expos, training, etc.)
for the company's sales force.- Creates networks with potential customers and business partners to promote certain products.- Participates in OHM monthly review Mexico and S&OP Meetings- Creates and distributes Ad-hoc reports, KPI tracking and other requested data.- Develops procedures to measure the progress of the sales department on current and future activities.- Maintains technical and operational documentation from the sales department.- Focuses on team member's development with clear KPI metrics to meet business goals.- Manages market data information, IQVIA & Nielsen.
**EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business or sales.- Experience from 6 to 10 years as sales manager- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Possesses a good knowledge of economics and how current market trends influence sales.- Is persuasive and can easily influence others.- Have good leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.- Is proactive and anticipates potential problems before they can hinder success.- Possesses good customer service skills.- Is able to develop new sales strategies based upon prior experience.- Maintains a positive attitude and constantly encourages others.- Is loyal to the company.
