Primary Purpose: The Disputes Management Operations Team is responsible for handling the flow of customer invoice disputes (CIS) between Accounts Receivables, Customer Solutions, Operations, and other business units. This includes ensuring disputes resolution as well as holding functional teams accountable to implement root cause resolution efforts. The Customer Disputes Management Analyst (CDMA) will execute in-depth reviews of assigned CIS, identifying resolution for each specific customer invoice and quarterbacking efforts to prevent future disputes. Through highlighting root cause analysis, the CDMA is expected to serve as a liaison between numerous commercial and functional units to drive broad organizational accountability and propose changes to standard operating procedures to optimize the customer invoice cycle.
