**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Mechanical, Robotics, Automation, or Mechatronic Engineering**.
- Experience**:Minimum 1 year** of design and/or business development experience, engineering support.
- Experience and ability to work closely with customers.
- Familiarity with **Automation or Assembly equipment and industry**.
- Languages**:Intermediate English desired**.

**Responsibilities**:
The **Customer Engineer** position will be responsible for providing engineering support to customers and internal organization. Additional responsibilities including product and service development improvement as well as marketing and sales activities.
- Work with customers and help create cross reference for products.
- Help with maintaining and development of company website and paper catalog (Catalog pages, technical specifications, dimensional tables, extensive translation and proofreading).
- Help with special quotations for customers requiring components outside the catalog specifications.
- Support department's promotional activities.
- Internal Training - Help to create and present training material to Sales, Customer Service, Inside Sales and other internal groups.
- Record the customer inquiries in our internal system.
- Generate and report potential business opportunities for the Sales team from customer inquiries.
- Drive improvement by reporting customer's issues to proper teams within the organization.
- Support to maintain the and help build Engineering FAQ.
- Support marketing activities with technical knowledge (e.g. SEM, etc).
- Help to develop technical contents for EC improvement (e.g. Landing Page, Blogs).
- Help to create promotional tools for sales activities.
