**Schedule**:- TRAINING 2 WEEKS:_Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00- AM SHIFT: _Mon - Thur (8am a 6pm)Fri and Sat (8am a 5pm)- PM SHIFT: _All week (11am a 8pm)- 2 DAYS OFF:_(Sunday + 1 week day off)2 breaks of 15 minutes and lunch time 1 hour**Profle**:- High School Diploma or GED.- 2+ years of experience in a Call Center environment.- High performer with proven exceptional QA score in previous call center jobs.- Customer Service oriented.
Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.- Bilingual English / Spanish, required.- Take inbound calls from our customers related to different customer service situations.- Take payments and know how to guide customers to make payments on their own.- Know how to read loan balances and make payment adjustments- Commitment to first call resolution, with a sense of urgency and maximum professionalism.- Minimizing the transferring of phone calls from one department to another.- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of calls, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.- Answer insurance-related questions including claims status, and basic claims information.
