Customer Experience Agent

Collaborate with an American company that finances buys, and sells used cars. Maintain acceptable standards set by the department and provide an outstanding customer service level in a very professional environment.**Profile**:- High School Diploma or equivalent- Two years experience in customer service or related field- Excellent customer service skills- Excellent communication skills- Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must**Responsabilities**:- Answer inbound calls from our customers related to different customer service situations.- Take payments and know how to guide customers to make payments on their own.- Know how to read loan balances and make payment adjustments- Commitment to first-call resolution, with a sense of urgency and maximum professionalism. Minimizing the transferring of phone calls from one department to another.- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of calls, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.- Answer insurance-related questions including claims status, and basic claims information.- Maintaining required standards set by the department**We offer**:- $16500 gross monthly (3,200 net weekly)- Performance bonus- $1400 monthly of food vouchers- Savings fund- Law Benefits**Site schedule, monday to saturday, Sunday and one weekday off.****Location in Zapopan, near plaza del sol (locations)****Send your resume**:**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $16,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
