**Customer Experience Associate**If you love wine and love talking on the phone to clients to learn more about their wine preferences, then you'll excel in this role.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Be on top of every order. Anticipate client needs and solve problems- Communicate with team members to ensure optimal client experience**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Requires excellent organization skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/events simultaneously.- Must be self-motivated with a growth mindset- 3+ year outstanding customer service experience (must provide at least 2 references)- Experience handling multiple tickets (we use Shopify, Gorgias, Shipstation, and Finale inventory)- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff including management.- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Google Docs- Demonstrate creativity and have knowledge of our services and benefits- Must have flexibility of scheduling, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Este es un empleo remoto por honorarios, le interesa laborar con esta modalidad?Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
