Embark on a journey with us—where your passion will navigate the future of global commerce.As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling day-to-day customer interactions.
Your primary responsibilities will focus on efficiently providing services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment.Key Responsibilities:Handling inquiries: Promptly and effectively address customer inquiries through various channels.Issue resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints according to established procedures, seeking quick and satisfactory solutions.Reporting: Download and elaborate reports out of our website.Requirements:Experience: 1 year of experience in customer service or customer experience.Education: Studies in international commerce or international relations (desired).Language: Intermediate English level.MS Office: Intermediate.Skills:Customer orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.Effective communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers clearly and concisely.Proactive: Ability to go beyond assigned tasks and plan ahead.Attention to detail: Meticulous in task execution and information management.Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic and changing environment.Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
