Owns and manages the customer experience.
Our customer service team has responsibility for end-to-end customer experience, in compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with customer.
Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution.Responsibilities:Documentation Submission for Cross Border Exports.Follow Up of Cut-Off's.Track & Trace.Requirements:Solid experience in similar positions having served customers in a Logistics/Transport company.BA in International Trade, Logistics, Logistics/Transportation Engineering, International Relationships, Business Administration, International Commerce, International Relations.Operational Expertise: Export & Import Documentation.Intermediate/Advanced English - Capable of having business conversations, reading, writing, and performing presentations.Intermediate/Advanced Excel (graphics, dynamic tables, formulas).Advanced presentation skills.Communication - Ability to perform presentations, to explain complex processes to different audiences, and to communicate effectively.Customer Centricity.Be a team player, genuinely believes and lives according to collaboration.Shows constant and consistent care on every task and interaction.Open to receiving feedback: To listen and learn from other perspectives/points of view, and eager to learn from mistakes and share best practices and lessons learned.Able to work under KPIs and objectives
