Customer Experience Intern

Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.You will respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiries such as ship dates, problems, order changes, claims, RMA's, etc.You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties, such as reporting incompletions and block orders.You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, and Product Managers to resolve customer issues. You will support order processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status, and resolving discrepancies.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing returns, claims, and free of charge orders.Order entry process, including audit, update & release of lines/orders according to customer requests.Customer invoicing.Deliver forecast reports.Administrative support.Order processing for software, follow up, generation of licenses & invoicing.You must haveActive student or no more than 6 months graduated with a bachelor's in Trade and Business.Fluent English.RFC.Availability to cover full-time Monday to Friday.Additional InformationJOB ID: HRD908336Category: Customer ExperienceLocation: Av.
