As a Customer Experience Team Member, you'll be the front-facing representative, handling inquiries, driving sales, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experiences.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll focus on identifying and qualifying leads using strategic tools to support sales targets and overall company growth.Job Responsibilities:Assist customers across all stages (New Sales, Current, After Sales) through various communication channels (Chat, Email, SMS, Phone) both inbound and outbound.Quoting customers accurately and quickly.Provide accurate quotes to customers based on their inquiries and needs, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing details.Assist customers in understanding and locating the correct part(s) needed for their vehicles.Understand our products & services to assist our customers in cancellations, exchanges, or returns.Communicate with customers in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner, maintaining a positive customer experience during interactions.Execute outbound outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and other channels to engage with potential leads and introduce company products/services.Follow up on leads generated through various channels including phone calls, emails, and chat interactions to maintain engagement and progress leads through the sales pipeline.Perform any other duties as assigned by management or team leads, contributing to overall team and company objectives.Working Schedule:40 hours/week8 hours/day1 hour unpaid lunchQualifications:Can adapt to changes that will help the company, your department, and you grow.Capable of collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.Fluent in verbal and written English.Good friendly verbal communication skills.Ability to read, write, and perform simple math.Ability to handle multiple tasks.Ability to operate with little supervision is a plus.Knowledge of car parts is a plus.Experience in Lead Generation.Experience with ReAmaze, Shopify, JustCall, Asana, Google Workspace.Equipment Requirements:Laptop or PCOperating System - Windows 10 or iOS MojaveProcessor: Core i5 or AMD A6, or higherRAM: 16GBInternet - Main: preferably wired/LAN (20mbps minimum)Backup: Wi-Fi (20mbps minimum)Headset: Noise Cancellation - Wired or BluetoothBackup power source: Power stationPay: MIN - Monthly: MXN 12,000, MAX - Monthly: MXN 20,000Annual performance salary increase, Paid US Holidays (6 Holidays in a year), Paid time off (after reaching one year), Health Card, Team building activities, and approachable management.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: RemoteSeniority Level: Entry levelEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustries: Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
