No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you.**Responsibilities**:- Build relationships with and educate cross-functional product teams on methods for conducting rigorous research with end-users.- Manage research projects with mínimal supervision and rigorously weigh the merits of various research methods for a given problem.- Conduct mixed-methods user research and testing of both concept-stage and in-progress design work, as well as work with other departments to formulate research plans.- Transform amorphous requests for research into rigorous project plans.- Recognize, deeply understand, and analyze user experience issues without introducing bias.- Engage internal and external research participants through recruitment, screening, study moderation, and compensation.- Facilitate both live and asynchronous research sessions.- Generate and reliably analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to produce insights for your product teams.- Construct surveys, usability test scripts, interview questions, card sorts, tree tests, and other research artifacts- Develop effective research presentations and reports to communicate results and recommendations- Collaborate with the rest of the UX Research team on additional research initiatives as needed.
