*Customer Experience SpecialistFull-time, shift work, Remotestream is searching for- ustomer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are a rapidlyowing onli- travel agency and provider of travelechnology s- tions, offering a range of marketing,eservatio- and channel managet solutions to connec- You are the customer concierge and will be working directly with the guest pre, during, and post-trip to ensure customer delight.- Document and develop customer journeys through guest communications and review responses- Process reservations, cancellations and modifications- Leverage customer/user experience feedback to drive new improvements to systems and processes throughout the organization- Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for service-centric innovations that benefit consumers, agents, strategic partners, internal and external customers- Communicate and work cross-functionally to ensure customer-facing issues are quickly resolved and every experience results in a positive outcome for the guest *We are interested in YOU..*- You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing (bilingual in French or Spanish is a huge asset).- Passion and respect are important to you, both in the workplace and with your customers.- You are customer-focused and team-oriented, spending every day ensuring every interaction is an excellent one.- You are proud of your work and understand the importance of details. You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.- As a remote team member working from home, you are highly responsive and disciplined with great communication skills. This team works on a rotating schedule, so evenings and weekends will be required and scheduled by your manager.- You put your money where your mouth is! Your track record in customer service is excellent, and you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun environment.- You are a master problem solver—creative, confident, and able to keep your cool.- You are tech-savvy and have a keen interest in AI, which will be beneficial in our tech-driven environment.- High school or equivalent (required) Experience:- customer servvice: 2 years (required) Language:- English (required) Work Location: Remote
