You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
**Responsibilities**:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to RMA and e-commerce.- Utilize Zendesk and other relevant tools to manage and track customer tickets.- Work independently to handle a variety of customer cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.- Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
**Qualifications**:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Experience working in a customer support or similar role preferred.- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
