**What impact you'll make**
As a member of the Services and Fulfillment Operations team, you will be an active contributor and supporter of everyday operations within the business.
**What you'll do**
- Provide part supply demand support.
- Participate in Contractual Services (CS) inventory management.
- Support financial pacing, cost classification, billing and collections for assigned customer portfolio
- Prepare margin reviews for CSA agreements within assigned customer portfolio.
- Prepare other KPI reviews in support of team's operations.
- Submit Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) workflows for any identified fulfillment shortfalls.
- Update and maintain input in the Field Service Portal (FSP), including the Oracle Field Services (OFS) system.
- Support CSL as needed in completion of outage and customer relationship deliverables.
**What you'll bring (basic qualifications)**
- You are currently enrolled in a Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic or Electrical engineering degree from an accredited university.
- You graduate from your degree a year or more from now ( December 2025 or later)
- Due to the global nature of the company, intermediate/advanced English skills are necessary
- You have Intermediate Excel skills
- You are available to work 30h/week
