Molex is seeking a dedicated Customer Fulfillment Representative to join our Guadalajara team to ensure our operations align seamlessly with customer expectations and demand.
This role is vital in maintaining strong positive relations with our customers by managing pre-order and post-order activity and ensuring customer satisfaction within the automotive sector.Our TeamAt Molex, the supply chain team is involved in various aspects of the business to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting customer commitments.
They work across different markets, including automotive, home appliance, consumer, data center, industrial, medical/pharma, and telecom.
They focus on creating improved, sustained performance supporting plants and increasing supply chain agility.What You Will DoServe as the primary liaison between customers and our manufacturing plantCoordinate with internal teams to ensure order requirements and delivery commitments are metManage pre-order and post-order activities to maintain strong, positive customer relationsRespond to customer inquiries and resolve order fulfillment issues promptlyOversee daily outbound shipments and optimize freight cost reduction strategiesAnalyze and report on delivery performance metrics, driving continuous improvementWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's Degree in Management or EngineeringAt least 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing industryBasic computer skills, ERP/MRP knowledge (SAP is a plus)Effective communication skills in EnglishOrganizational skills, good interpersonal skills, customer attentiveness, and a sense of urgencyWhat Will Put You AheadPrevious experience working in the electronics or semiconductor industryData analysis skills and intermediate spreadsheet/database skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
