**KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBIITIES**- Act as a technical liaison for selected accounts, providing exemplary customer technical support, strengthening customer relationships, and providing customer experience.- Organize and coordinate visits to customers and visits from customers at Innovation Center Experience, including planning trials, portfolio presentations, trainings, workshops, innovation days, etc.- Utilize laboratory and pilot plant equipment to conduct trials with customer to show performance of solution.- Review customer processes and formulations, making timely recommendations to meet customer needs for cost savings, texture/process improvements, or product innovation.- Propose own ideas and utilize customer feedback for new concept development or improvements.- Collaborate closely with Sales, MKT, Idea Labs to develop and execute technical strategies that drive business development.- Build strong relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations to foster collaboration and partnership.- Record and share relevant customer activities and project updates in designated knowledge management tools to facilitate knowledge sharing and management.**QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS**Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or a related degree.- Strong understanding of food processing principles, ingredient functionality, and formulation.- Experience in conducting trials and evaluations in laboratory, pilot & plant settings.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Teamwork skills- Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits and other business-related activities.- Advanced english**Relocation Available**:No
