We seek professionals who share our vision of creating sustainable solutions that improve lives and protect the planet, today and for future generations.We are looking for your talent; join our team and startyour journey today!Responsibilities:Order entry and processing of daily customer quotes and firm orders through the system JDE.Create SX, SF, SO, and SN orders and transactions.Follow up with the Project, warehouse, finance, and purchasing teams.Set up new customers and file all documents.Set up new items in TeamCenter.File Customer Profiles for new orders, quotations, and shipments based on Record Retention.Index documents for KPIs.Support invoicing and meet customer requirements.Issue credits to customers for price differences, claims, returns, or discounts.Acknowledge orders and shipping.Support assistance to cover load during CSR transitions, training, vacations, disease, and peak season.Other support to Management and other CSRs.Collect and create KPIs dashboard.Create reports, track material transactions for consignation to maintain healthy inventories.Weekly meetings with Project teams.Warranty follow-up.Deal and coordinate shipments with service providers.Perform regular inventory check-ups to avoid discrepancies between Copeland and Service provider.Daily analysis and classification for OTD reasons.Actively participate in the Domestic Weekly meeting.Provide resolutions on basic customer issues with minimal escalation to supervisor.Communicate information and data accurately to internal and external contacts via phone or in writing and email; proficiency in English may be required.Our Commitment to Our People:Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
