Verify all customer requirements in SAP to be shipped- Schedule all customer shipments and inform to shipping department- Analysis of customer requirements in SAP (ACCO & NP1)- Creation of SA SD Scheduling Agreements for Customers- Notify and inform customer of all shipments topics- Assure to send ASN for all shipments to customer- Coordinate with shipping team shipments to customer according to plan- Coordinate and negotiate with customer in case of premium freights are required- Send all shipping documents per customer shipment- Support to Quality Team in case of Customer Complaints
