Tasks

Verify all customer requirements in SAP to be shipped

Schedule all customer shipments and inform to shipping department

Analysis of customer requirements in SAP (ACCO & NP1)

Creation of SA SD Scheduling Agreements for Customers

Notify and inform customer of all shipments topics

Assure to send ASN for all shipments to customer

Coordinate with shipping team shipments to customer according to plan

Coordinate and negotiate with customer in case of premium freights are required

Send all shipping documents per customer shipment

Support to Quality Team in case of Customer Complaints

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or International Trade
- At least one year on International Trade Operations or Customer Service
- SAP (Deliver Module)
- Excel Advanced
- English Advanced Level
