Your responsibilities include implementing customer marketing strategies, tracking and measuring brand initiatives, and managing the marketing budget. You will also participate in the planning and execution of consumer and customer programs, acting as a key representative of Bacardi in their interactions with our brands. Additionally, you will contribute to our "Best 10" strategy, ensuring that the needs of our consumers and customers are prioritized in all brand decision-making and planning. About You To succeed in this role, you should have experience in understanding customer and channel dynamics, along with strong English language skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in customer marketing and familiarity with the spirits or beverage industry. RESPONSIBILITIES With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be: Develop, adapt and define commercial planning and strategy with modern trade customers (SSS, Clubs and Convenience). Decision making capacity thru deep analysis considering: Sell In, Sell Out, DOH, Nielsen. Strong co-working with sales & marketing teams: Short and long term planning developing strong building blocks to improve our presence on trade. Be accountable for POS visibility, promotions and measurement. Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics, and write performance reports. Develop brand strategies landed to customer particularity and differentiation. Clear communication with POS team, develop of execution guidelines and picture of success. Speed to market – Strong sense of urgency. Budget management and efficiency by brand and customer. Deliver on key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share). SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The skills and experience needed to create your legacy: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. Min. 5 years of experience working in Marketing / Customer Marketing or related field. Accountable for delivery brands and customers performance targets (revenue, profitability, share). Easy to adapt personality on corrective action to achieve agreed objectives. Understand how to bring value on the brand Category P&L. Previous experience on Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery of results. Strong communication skills. Budgeting. Computer Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Interpret market data analysis tools (e.G. Nielsen, IWSR and similar)
