Customer Master Specialist

Develop your knowledge of onboarding new customers while analyzing credit reports to assess a balanced credit risk across all accounts which falls in line with company policy. JOB DUTIES: Maintain all Customer Account information Review Credit Applications Maintain contact with customer Analyze Customer Credit report Grant Customer with Credit Limit if warranted Promote customer satisfaction Interface with internal departments Investigate Customer information to minimize fraud YOU MUST HAVE: High School Graduate Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language inclusive of written and verbal communication. Proven ability to manipulate and update Microsoft Excel documents.
