**About the position**Responsible for managing and leading the Onboarding team at Parrot with the purpose of ensuring the fast and successful onboarding of new customers through the achievement of goals and customer satisfaction.Each person that is part of Parrot is the precise ingredient to contribute, design and develop new and different solutions; that yes, what makes usall the same, without exception, is that we focus on giving an amazing service.
We are the #Parrotflock ?**Responsibilities**- Lead, motivate and train the team to ensure good product adoption and provide excellent service.- Define, develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and guarantee team efficiency ensuring scalability.- Plan and execute fast and efficient changes to meet KPIs and contribute to the company's growth strategy.- Coordination with the Growth and Account Management team to ensure the correct transition of clients within the established processes.- Collaborate closely with other areas to optimize processes and product improvements.- Promote Parrot culture within the team as well as maintain an eNPS within the area > 80.
