We support companies through our Talent, Technology, and Training services.We have been impacting the world **since 2018** and we want to keep pushing ourselves to become the brightest minds in our field and better serve our customers.As an **Operations Support, **you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication by actively listening and empathizing with users.- Offer timely solutions to customer inquiries, technical issues, and general feedback.- Handle payment-related inquiries, troubleshoot payment issues, and facilitate payment processing.- Oversee the drivers' check-in process, optimizing efficiency and reliability.- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate driver schedules, appointments, addresses, schedules and assignments.**Requirements**:**What would help you succeed**:- Believe and love what you do.- Teamwork.- Detail-oriented.- Proactive.- Sense of urgency.- Reliable and responsible.**Minimum requirements**:- **Studies**:High School Degree is **required**. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.- **Experience**: At least 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, back office, logistics or any other related.- **Language**: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.**Perks**:- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 5:00 a.M. to 1:30 p.M., following the American Calendar (During the Training Period (first few weeks), the schedule will be from 7:00 a.M. to 4:00 p.M.).- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract (Contrato laboral por tiempo indeterminado).- **Places**: Only for Mexico City. This position will be on-site at WeWork Mitikah (Mitikah, Av.
