As a Customer Optimization and Acceleration Specialist II, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial success for AWS customers by creating and delivering executive-level content, serving as a subject matter expert in cost and commercial aspects throughout the customer life-cycle, and empowering clients with tools for effective cloud and IT spend management. Additionally, you'll lead the way in assessing reporting needs, establishing KPIs, and managing multiple strategic requests to ensure continuous progress and success in customer transformation and optimization initiatives.Key job responsibilities:Act as a financial advisor and collaborate with AWS account team, to build and deliver executive content (such as financial business case, Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership Analysis, cost optimization strategies).Become the subject matter expert in all cost and commercial related aspects of the customer life-cycle.Educate and enable customers with tools to successfully manage cloud and IT spend.Assessing reporting and analytic needs of customers and identifying solution and approach to meet those needs.Communicate, establish, and measure KPIs to track progress and success of transformation and optimization within customer organizations.Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically.Understand and communicate billing, forecasting, and budgeting best practices.Minimum Requirements:5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience.Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.About AWS:Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.
