This role leads the program deployment process by defining new requirements in collaboration with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Development, Customer Service, Field Service and Finance, from point of initiation to 1st PO shipped. This position provides deep product expertise within all products by bringing insights, solutions, and options to Sales and/or the customer, also ensuring customer requirements to all stakeholders and offering the best solution to create partnership between site and customer.REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES: Activities and duties will vary depending upon the functional area assigned. Activities may include, but are not limited to:Main contact with the Commercial Team.Lead O2D process for key businesses from project conception, product feasibility, product readiness, business analysis, customer approval, 1st order follow up and post-sale adjustments. This ensures pipeline execution and impulse Go To Market strategy.Gather customer information/specifications to develop new programs or redesigns of existing programs, driving toward the most value-added solution for the customer. Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years Project/Project Management or related experience in product development areas in manufacturing companies, management of world-wide customers in terms of product development, pricing and technical support.
