.As a Customer Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in the scoping phase of strategic engagements and manage projects for OEMs and major suppliers within an international and challenging environment. You will consolidate and report recommendations to key stakeholders, communicate them effectively, and identify further project opportunities to foster long-term customer relationships.TASKS & RESPONSEBILITIESAs a Customer Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical and financial aspects of large, strategic projects from initial scoping to project closure. Your key responsibilities include:Customer Program & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary interface to customers during project execution, maintaining clear and reliable communication at engineering, management, and executive levels.Project Management: Manage strategic projects from the pre-kick-off phase through an efficient engagement ramp-up. Plan, lead and successfully complete customer deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to client expectations within the allocated timeline and budget.Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Actionable Recommendations: Identify and present actionable recommendations, maintaining a hands-on mentality to drive project success.Quality Assurance: Own the responsibility for the quality of project engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and presenting key findings effectively.Team Guidance: Lead the project delivery team to provide the right output to the customer.Pre-sales Support: Assist in efficient scoping of project content, deliverables & timelines for strategic initiatives, contributing to business growth.PROFILE REQUIREDProfessional BackgroundProven expertise in managing complex programs within an automotive and global matrix environment, ideally at OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers within engineering departments.Completed Master's degree (or Bachelor's with 5+ years of relevant work experience) preferably in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or business administration with an engineering extension.5+ years of post-graduate consulting experience, with at least 2 year in project management.Skills & AbilitiesDemonstrated ability to build deep and influential stakeholder relationships within large customer organizations.Experience in technical and/or service sales or customer service is advantageous.Strong technical curiosity, with a willingness to learn quickly and a hands-on, player/coach mentality.Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
