- Manage ETO Customer projects of low complexity (Category class ED or EC) from project transfer from tendering (P0) up to project close-out, focusing on CCO Gross Margin, Customer Satisfaction and Risks Management.
- Main duties include organizing & planning the project, monitoring and controlling progress & budget, managing Risks & Opportunities, managing
- Variation Orders and Claims, and managing relationships with the customer and main suppliers.Main Activities
- Execute projects in full compliance with ETO CPP Process and ETO Toolbox in coordination with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department, and Project Buyer.
- Review technical specifications and take decisions on technical comments raised by the customer.
- Monitor and control projects' progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects. Use the tracking board tool and escalate any risks of delay during SIM meetings.
- Manage Project Risks & Opportunities by assessing, identifying, mitigating, and controlling any potential situations that could impact (negatively or positively) the performance of the project.
- Monitor and control project margin deviation during the Project execution phase. Accountable for Project margin deviation. Take pro-active decisions and actions to prevent negative DVC margin deviation.
- Manage Variation Order & Claim process for both Customer and main suppliers. Obtain Variation Orders for any deviation from the contractual scope. Mitigate any source of conflict with customers or suppliers throughout the project execution phase.
- Involve Project Buyer at an early stage of the project for maximizing cost savings.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and communicate regularly (correspondence, emails, calls, meetings). Manage the FAT event and realize the FAT NPS.
- Communicate effectively with the project team and the other departments of the plant (Internal Kick-off meeting).QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Administration (or related).Project Management course or diploma.Previous experience in Project Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Quality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
