Customer Project Engineer

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Customer Project Engineer in our CDMX Plant.Key Responsibilities:Manage Easy To Order Customer Projects, Customer Satisfaction, and Risks Management.Main duties include organizing & planning the project, monitoring and controlling progress & budget, managing Risks & Opportunities.Main Activities:
- Execute projects in coordination with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department, and Project Buyer.
- Review technical specifications.
- Monitor and control project progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Use the tracking board tool and escalate any risks of delay during SIM meetings.
- Manage Project Risks & Opportunities by assessing, identifying, mitigating, and controlling potential situations.
- Manage and control project margin deviation during the Project Execution phase, accountable for Project margin deviation.
- Involve Project Buyer early for maximizing cost savings.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and communicate regularly.
- Communicate effectively with the project team and other plant departments (internal Kick-off meeting).Qualifications:Experience Level: More than 3 years' experience in Customer Service and Project Management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
